1 oz High West Bourbon
0.5 oz Averna
0.5 oz Ron Zacapa Rum
0.25 oz Banane Liqueur
1.5 oz Cold Brew Coffee
0.25 oz Simple Syrup
1.5 oz Heavy Whipping Cream
Grated Cinnamon Garnish
Add all ingredients except whipping cream and simple syrup into a mason jar add ice to chill. In a separate shaker, shake heavy whipping cream with simple syrup and float on top. Place a mason jar lid on the cocktail. Garnish with High West chocolate.
