DIVISION THREE

1.5 oz Double Rye
0.5 oz Pear Brandy
0.5 oz Cardamaro
0.75 oz Clove Syrup
0.75 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
Barspoon Crème de Cacao
4 Dashes Chocolate Bitters
Soda Water
Pear Slice Garnish

Add all ingredients except soda water to a shaker with ice and shake until chilled. Double strain into a Collins glass over ice and top with soda water. Garnish with pear slices.
