During your visit, you’ll:

Enjoy a guided tasting – sample a curated selection of our acclaimed whiskeys in our welcoming tasting room.
Tour & Tasting Duration:
Approximately 1 hour 15 minutes, up to 2 hours depending on the experience chosen.
Arrival & Shuttle Information:
To ensure a smooth start, please plan to arrive at least 15 minutes early. All guests are required to take our complimentary shuttle from the lower parking area, as tours depart promptly at their scheduled time.
Reservations:
Tours fill up quickly and walk-in spots are very limited. We strongly recommend booking in advance to secure your place.

Sundays at High West are made for leisurely brunching. From 10:30 am–2 pm, savor a thoughtfully curated brunch buffet — think savory classics, seasonal specialties, and signature cocktails — all set against the stunning backdrop of the distillery and rolling mountain hills.

Winter Dinner Series
Weekly Dinner Buffet on select Thursday, Fridays, and Saturdays through the winter season
Celebrate the season with our Winter Dinner Series at The Refectory. On select Thursday, Friday, and Saturday evenings, join us for a seasonal dinner buffet featuring a welcome cocktail, chef-driven action stations, and live music — a warm and welcoming mountain dining tradition you won’t want to miss.

Located at the heart of the distillery in Wanship, our General Store offers a wide selection of High West whiskeys, exclusive distillery-only releases, and thoughtfully chosen merchandise inspired by the American West. Guests can browse bottles, glassware, apparel, and gifts while enjoying the historic character and mountain setting that define High West Distillery—no reservation required.
Please allow for 15 additional minutes of travel time, as we ask guests to take our shuttle from the parking area.
