3/4 oz Demerara syrup
3/4 oz lime juice
1/2 Grapefruit Juice
1/4 ginger juice
1/4 Ginger infused Campari
1/4 Pamplemousse
3 dashes spicy death bitters
1 Dash Saline Solution

Shake and Strain into Collins glass with Cubed ice. Top of with topo chico grapefruit soda. Garnish with dehydrated Grapefruit wheel.
