1.5 oz winter root infused Pimm’s
.5 oz lime juive
.5 oz tomatillo juice
.5 oz rhoot man cucumber shrub

Build in Collins glass with cubed ice. Top with Ginger beer. Garnish with cucumber ribbon and celery leaf bouquet.
