1/4 oz High West Bourbon
1/2 oz Raspberry Infused Double Rye
3/4 Aperol
1/2 PX Sherry
4 dashes hop bitters
1/4 oz Strega
1/4 Yuzu Juice
1/4 Guava Juice
1/2 lemon juice

Shake and Strain into Cocktail glass. Top with Sour beer (Kveik from shades of pale brewing).
