WHAT THE DUCK?

This fun summery cocktail is a poolside treat not to be missed! Tropical flavors of banana and coconut combined with citrus and prosecco to keep you wanting more!
1.5 coconut fat washed HW gin
.5 banana rum
.5 blue curaçao
.75 coconut syrup
.5 lemon juice
Bar spoon yuzu
Muddled basil leaves 4-6
3 drops palo Santo bitters
Top with Prosecco
Combine ingredients. Quick Shake. Pour over pebble ice in a wine glass and top with Prosecco.
