1.5 oz High West Bourbon infused with blueberry
1 oz Mezcal
.25 oz Cynar
.5 oz blueberry simple syrup
.25 oz rosemary simple syrup
.75 oz lime juice
3 dashes spiced tincture
Rosemary salt rim (for garnish)
Rim a double old-fashioned glass with rosemary salt. Combine ingredients in a shaker tin, fill with ice, and shake vigorously. Double strain into the prepared glass over rocks. (Optional) Garnish with a sprig of rosemary and a few fresh blueberries.
