1 1/2 oz Double Rye
1 oz pineapple infused Ron Zacapa
1/4 oz Jasmine syrup
1/4 oz cacao infused Campari
1/4 oz Amontillado sherry
3 Dashes Seeker bitters

Shake and strain into absinthe rinsed cocktail glass. Garnish with a lemon peel.
