THE PAINTED PETAL

1 oz Campfire
1 Blood Orange Juice
¾ oz Strawberry infused Aperol
¾ oz Campfire-infused malic acid
½ oz Blanco tequila
½ oz honey syrup ( 1 part water/1 part honey)
2 barspoons pomegranate puree
4 drops piri piri
1 drop saline solution

Build all ingredients in a shaker tin.
Shake vigorously.
Strain over 1 oz champagne in a large wine glass.
Add pebble ice.
Garnish with a rainbow of edible flowers.
