0.75 oz High West Bourbon
0.75 oz Rendezvous Rrye
0.25 oz Frangelico
0.25 oz Crème de Cacao Dark
0.5 oz Mr Black Coffee
Shake all the ingredients, double strain into a Nick & Nora glass, layer the chocolate cream on top, and garnish with the gold flakes. Serve with a side of Ferrero Roche chocolate.
For the foam:
0.75 oz Heavy cream
0.5 oz of Mozart Chocolate cream
¼ of a bar spoon of instant coffee
Using a hand frother, create a thick foam.
