High West The Blind Miner Cocktail with garnishes

1 oz High West Bourbon
0.5 oz Ancho Reyes Ancho Chile Liqueur
0.25 oz Mezcal
0.25 oz Pamplemousse
0.05 oz Fresh Guava Juice
0.75 oz Fresh Lime Juice
0.25 oz Simple Syrup
1 Dash Peychaud's Bitters
2 Muddled Cucumber Wheels

Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice and shake until chilled. Strain over cubed ice.  Garnish with fresh cucumber wheel.
