PONCHO AND LEFTY

Poncho & Lefty Cocktail made with High West Whiskey with garnishes

1.5 oz High West Double Rye
0.5 oz Casa Noble Reposado
0.5 oz Punt E Mes
0.5 oz Dry Curaçao
0.25 oz Barrel Aged Maple Syrup
2 dashes Angostura bitters
2 dashes Orange bitters

Add all ingredients to a mixing glass with ice, stir for 10 seconds. Strain into an old fashioned glass over cubed ice. Garnish with an orange peel.
