1/2 oz. Demerara Syrup (1 part cane sugar: 1 part water)
1/2 oz. Lemon Juice
1/4 oz. Fino Sherry
Barspoon Yuzu


Shake all ingredients and strain into flute glass.

Top with:
1.5 oz Hans Gingerade Kombucha
1 oz. Ruffino Prosecco
Garnish with edible flowers.
