1 oz Ron Zacapa
0.25 oz Cappelletti
1 oz Pineapple Juice
0.5 oz Lime Juice
0.5 oz Lime Cordial
0.5 oz Guava Purèe
4 oz Shades Kviek
1 Golden Sour Ale
Add all ingredients, but sour ale, into a shaker tin with ice. Shake, double strain into chilled Old Fashioned glass, top with sour ale, garnsih with a pineapple wedge.
