BROWN DERBY

1.5 oz High West Bourbon
0.75 oz Fresh Grapefruit Juice
0.5 oz Honey Syrup
0.25 oz Fresh Lime Juice
1 Dash Angostura Bitters
Orange Peel Garnish

Combine ingredients in cocktail shaker and shake with ice until chilled. Serve up in a chilled martini glass and garnish with an orange peel.
