LITTLE WILD HORSE

1 ½ oz. pineapple infused Campfire
½ oz. amontillado sherry
¼ oz. apricot brandy
¼ oz. plantation O.F.T.D rum
1 ½ oz. Apricot infused Plantation Campfire blend
¼ oz. brown sugar simple syrup
3 dashes tiki bitters
2 dashes Lagavulin 16 yr. scotch
1 dash saline solution

Smoke sage under upside cocktail glass. While smoking, stir ingredients in mixing glass with cubed ice. Turn cocktail glass right-side up and fill with fresh cubed ice. Strain missing glass, and garnish with dried piña flower and sage leaf.
