ALTA RUBY
1 oz High West Double Rye
0.5 oz Aperol
0.5 oz Banane du Brésil
0.5 oz Cinnamon Syrup
0.75 oz lemon juice
Barspoon yuzu juice
1 oz fresh strawberry juice
2 dashes Absinthe
2 oz prosecco
1 oz chilled soda
Add all ingredients but prosecco and soda to a shaker tin with ice, short shake, double strain into a wine glass. Add prosecco and soda, then ice. Garnish with a strawberry.
