High West Educated Thirst Cocktail with garnishes

1.5 oz Double Rye
1 oz Ciociaro
0.5 oz Cinnamon Simple Syrup
0.25 oz Lemon Juice
Hot water
Lemon Wheel

Add all ingredients into a heated goblet, top off with boiling hot water. Garnish with a Lemon wheel.
