DUMB BLOND

1/2 oz High West Bourbon
1 oz High West Mountain Gin
1/2 oz amaro
1/2 oz mezcal
3/4 oz lavender honey
3/4 oz lemon juice
Barspoon yuzu juice
3 Dashes absinthe

Combine all ingredients into a cocktail shaker. Shake and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a lavender sprig.
