WHISKEY COLLINS

1.5 oz High West Bourbon
0.5 oz Double Rye
1 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
0.75 oz Simple Syrup
2-3 Dashes Angostura Bitters
Soda Water
Brandied Cherries Garnish

Combine all ingredients except soda water in a shaker with cube ice and shake until chilled. Strain into Collins glass over cube ice. Top with soda and garnish with brandied cherries.
