SIX SHOOTER
1.5 oz High West Double Rye
0.5 oz Fernet Menta
0.5 oz Vanilla Syrup
5 oz Coffee
Chartreuse & Absinthe whipped cream (hand shaken)
Brandied Cherries Garnish
Heat a Goblet glass with hot water. Discard hot water and add all ingredients except whipped cream. Hand shake whipped cream (see preparation below) and pour over the top on the cocktail. Garnish with 2 brandied cherries.
High West Whipped Cream:
3 oz Whipping Cream
0.25 oz Green Chartreuse
Bar Spoon St. George Absinthe
0.25 oz Simple Syrup
Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker with no ice. Shake vigorously.
