Set-Up Cocktail made with High West Whiskey with garnishes

1 oz High West Bourbon
1.25 oz Fino Sherry
0.5 oz Vergano Maraschino
Dash of Absinthe
1.5 oz Lime Cordial
0.5 oz Lime Juice
1.5 oz Topo Chico Lime

Add all ingredients to shaker tin with ice, shake, double strain into mason jar filled with pebble ice. Top with Topo Chico Lime, garnish with a bright red Maraschino cherry.
