RED RIVER PHANTOM COCKTAIL RECIPE

High West Red River Phantom Cocktail with garnishes

1.25 oz Double Rye
0.75 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
0.75 oz Cocchi Rosa
0.5 oz Cointreau
0.25 oz Maple Syrup
Lemon Twist & Brandied Cherries Garnish
0.25 oz Absinthe

Rinse a cocktail glass with Absinthe. Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice and shake until chilled. Strain into the cocktail glass and garnish with a lemon twist wrapped around brandied cherries.
