MULHACÉN

1/2 oz Double Rye
1/4 oz Raspberry-Infused Double Rye
3/4 oz Fino Sherry
3/4 oz Amontillado Sherry
3/4 oz. Vanilla Cinnamon Simple Syrup
1 bar spoon of Fig and Orange Spread 
3/4 oz Lemon Juice 
2 dashes Angostura
 
Shake all ingredients and strain into wine glass filled with pebble ice.
Garnish with fresh summer berries, mint, and a dusting of powdered sugar.
