High West Mr. Ellsworth Cocktail with garnishes

1.5 oz High West Bourbon
0.75 oz Green Chartreuse
0.75 oz Fresh Pineapple Juice
0.75 oz Fresh Lime Juice
0.5 oz Cold Brew Coffee
0.5 oz Demerara Simple Syrup
2 Dashes Angostura Bitters
Pineapple Fronds Garnish

Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice and shake until chilled. Double strain into an Dead Man's Boots glass with cube ice and garnish with 3 pineapple fronds.
