1 oz High West Double Rye
0.75 oz Appleton Estate 12 yr
0.25 oz HW Gin
0.25 oz cinnamon syrup
0.25 oz Yellow Chartreuse
0.50 oz Byrrh
0.50 oz lime juice
0.75 oz pineapple juice
2 dashes spruce tincture

Add all ingredients to cocktail shaker with ice, shake, strain into an old fashioned glass over large ice cubes. Garnish with a pineapple wedge.
