HOOTSPA SPECIAL COCKTAIL RECIPE
1 oz Double Rye
1 oz Rendezvous Rye
0.5 oz Cointreau
1 oz Chai Tea Syrup
0.5 oz Amontillado Sherry
0.5 oz Lemon Juice
1 Egg White
Nutmeg Garnish
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice and shake until chilled. Strain back into cocktail shaker, discard ice, and shake again (reverse dry shake). Double strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with micro planed nutmeg.
