High West High Noon Punch Cocktail with garnishes

0.75 oz Double Rye
0.75 oz High West Bourbon
0.75 oz Green Chartreuse
0.75 oz Maraschino Liqueur
1 oz Grenadine
0.5 oz Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice
1 Dash Peychaud Bitters
1 Dash Orange Bitters
1 oz Rosé
1 oz Chilled Soda Water
Lemon Twist

Absinthe rinse a champagne glass. Add all ingredients except rosé and soda water into a cocktail shaker and shake with cube ice until chilled. Discard absinthe from the champagne glass, double strain into the champagne glass, top with rosé and soda water. Garnish with a lemon twist.
