HALF-COCKED
1 oz High West Bourbon
0.75 oz Brown Butter-washed rum
0.25 oz Oloroso sherry
0.25 oz Averna
0.25 oz Crème de Cacao
0.25 oz Cinnamon syrup
1 barspoon apricot liqueur
1 barspoon cold brew concentrate
6 drops curry tincture
3 drops piri piri tincture
2 dash mole bitters
Add all ingredients to a mixing glass with ice, stir, strain into an old fashioned glass over large cubes. Garnish with an apricot.
