0.5 oz Pedro Ximenez Sherry
0.25 oz Oloroso Sherry
0.25 oz Punt e Mes
Barspoon Allspice Dram
1 dash Angostura Bitters
Orange Twist Garnish
Add all ingredients into a mixing glass with cube ice and stir until chilled. Strain with a julep strainer into an Old Fashioned glass with cube ice. Garnish with an orange twist.
