FLASH FLOOD

1 oz. Bourbon
1/2 oz. Averna
1/2 oz. Cacao
1/2 oz. Spiced Demerara Syrup (infused with cinnamon, nutmeg, clove)
1/2 oz. Condensed Milk

Shake all ingredients and strain over cubed ice into a Collins glass.
Garnish with cacao squares (we use Park City local Ritual Chocolate).
