1.0 oz Noilly Prat Extra Dry Vermouth
0.75 oz House Passionfruit & Yuzu Syrup

Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice and shake until chilled. Pour into a Collins glass filled with crushed ice and top with Fever Tree Sparkling Lemon. Garnish with coconut salt.
