DOXOLOGY

1.5 oz High West 7000'
0.5 oz Hendricks Gin
0.5 oz Fresh Lime Juice
0.5 oz Simple Syrup
2 Slices of English Cucumber
3 Leaves of Sage
Fever Tree Soda Water
3 drops of Boston Bitahs
Sage Leaf Garnish

Muddle cucumber and sage in a cocktail shaker. Add all ingredients except soda water to the shaker with ice and shake until chilled. Double strain into a chilled cocktail glass and top with soda water. Garnish with a sage leaf.
