CACKLEBERRY COCKTAIL RECIPE

High West Cackleberry Cocktail with garnishes

1.5 oz Double Rye
0.75 oz Cachaça
0.5 oz Amontillado Sherry
1.0 oz Pistachio Simple Syrup
0.75 oz Fresh Lime Juice
1 Dash Absinthe
Egg White

Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice and shake until chilled. Strain into a chilled mason jar glass. Garnish with microplaned pistachios.
